Approximately 3760 BC Jews spring forth as the children of Abraham in Mesopotamia.

Approximately 1738 BC Jews eventually find and settle the promised land – Israel in the Levant.

167–140 BC The Jews revolt against the Greeks.

63 BC The Romans take the Levant.

Jesus is born and is martyred.

66–70 AD The Jews revolt against the Romans.

The Romans destroy Jerusalem and the Temple.

73 AD Jews nearly wiped out (Masada)

115–117 AD Jews revolt across the Roman Empire – are again nearly wiped out. Romans name the region Syria Palaestina “Palestine” (Land of the Philistines) as an insult to the Jews. Romans ban conversion to Judaism.

259 AD Nehardea in Babylonia destroyed – remaining Jews scattered to the winds.

351–352 AD Jews try to retake Jerusalem – are crushed.

610 AD Muhammed befriends Jews and Christians in Arabia.

Muhammed betrays Jews and Christians in Arabia, states that must live as subjugated people – IF they submit.

Muhammed states that Jews and Christians must be subjugated, convert, or die.

632 AD Muhammed’s followers interpret that the legend of Muhammed going to a faraway mosque to ascend to heaven on his death to mean that he went to the Temple in Jerusalem – despite there being no mention of either in that context in the Koran.

637 AD Muslims take Jerusalem along with most of the Mediterranean basin, the Balkans, and the Iberian Peninsula as well as Constantinople.  Jews and Christians are subjugated.  Mosque Built on the site of the Temple.

1096 The Crusades attempt to liberate the conquered areas of Europe and the “Holy Land” for Christendom – eventually, they regain the Northern half of the Med, half of the Balkans and lose the “Holy Land” almost completely.

Jews and Christians live in the Levant and around the Islamic world under strict subjugation.

1870 Zionist Jews begin to purchase land in the Levant and hope to reestablish Israel.  Muslims in the area gladly sell the desert land as it is at the time, uninhabitable.

Jews begin to migrate to the Levant again.

1914–1918 WWI happens and the Ottoman Empire falls.

The Levant is parceled out to the Allies for “safe keeping.”

More jews move to the Levant under the British and French Mandates.

The Jews and Muslims are BOTH promised homelands in the Levant.

1939-1945 WWII happens and both the Nazis and Communists try to wipe out the Jews.

WWII ends, Jews are both forcibly and voluntarily sent to the Levant.

The British and French Empires crumble.

Nation States are carved out of the mandates – forming stupid states that caused all kinds of trouble later.

Per the UN – “Palestine” is to be divided into Israel and Muslim Palestine.

1947-1949 The British Mandate ends, Israel is founded, EVERY MUSLIM COUNTRY surrounding attacks, the state goal is to destroy Israel, and kill ALL the Jews.  

The US and USSR are the only initial countries to recognize the Jewish state.

Israel fights back and takes BOTH Israel and Muslim Palestine. Jordan and Egypt refuse to accept these Arab Muslims into their countries.  Eventually Israel cedes back the West Bank and Gaza for the Arab Muslims.

1956-1957 The British and French decide they want the Suez back under their control.  They coax Israel into invading the Sanai and take the Suez.  Egypt does not help things by closing maritime routes to Israel.  Israel invades – all hell breaks loose; the US threatens to bomb everyone – Israel goes home.

1967 Egypt closes the Straits of Tiran to Israeli traffic again.  Israel had already to them that would trigger war.  They invade.  ALL the Arabs attack.  The Arabs lose bigly.  Israel takes all the Sainai, Golan, the West Bank and Gaza.

1973 ALL the Arabs attack Israel on Yon Kippur – and lose bigly again.

1973 – Present Multiple other smaller wars, terrorism, etc.

Eventually Israel cedes the Sinai back to Egypt, and Gaza and most of the West Bank to the Palestinians in a “Land for Peace” initiative.

Meanwhile – the same Muslim Brotherhood that Spawned Al Qaeda spawned HAMAS whose stated goal is the elimination of Israel.
