Freedom of speech is tenuous enough in a country that has enshrined the protection of such speech. In the rest of the world – even the “free” world – there is no such thing. Speaking against the government-approved narrative is literally a criminal act. Pointing out that some movements have morphed far beyond the initial push for the liberty for adults to do adult things in their own private lives is derided as a “slippery slope” argument. Providing concrete proof is “hateful” and prosecutable in most of the “free” world. In the US, it can get you canceled, sacked from your job, and blacklisted.

Just as the so-called “right” should disavow any ties to allegedly “right-wing” extremists such as the Socialist Nazis, or the Democrat Klan, and the so-called “left” should disavow mass murders such as Che, Mao, Stalin, Sanger, Pot, etc – the LGB crowd should be loudly and proudly disavowing predatory groups that are successfully co-opting their movement.

However, just as Che is celebrated with mass-produced t-shirts, Sanger is praised despite her racist eugenic ideology, LBJ is applauded for his civil rights actions despite the devious and racist intent, and evil people like John Money are beatified as proof-positive that mutilating a child and forcing them to live as the opposite sex is a good thing, the “left” and LGB crowd are unwilling or unable to loudly and proudly disavow these despicable people. There are some that DO stand against this, such as Gays Against Groomers and Andy Gno – but they are also vilified, shunned, and even physically attacked.

Is it intellectual laziness? Is it evil? Is it cognitive dissonance? Is it a cult?
